Research Associate
We are seeking a Research Associate who is highly motivated, has strong analytical and communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Research Associate will work in conjunction with the lead analyst, and often another associate, to create and develop equity research products, including research reports, models, and industry analysis. TAG looks to train and develop Research Associates, with significant upward mobility based on the individual’s capacity. Our merit-based company has a history of promoting from within.
Requirements & Qualifications
- superior written and oral communication skills
- sophisticated modeling skills, with a strong understanding of accounting and financial statement analysis
- a passion for rigorous research, with a desire to become an industry expert
- the ability to work independently and initiate projects
- the ability to maintain a consistent, high level of work flow without losing attention to detail.
Some prior equity research experience, investment banking, and/or relevant industry experience is preferable.
Institutional Sales
Looking for a NY or San Francisco-based sales candidate to expand the firm’s reach on the West Coast. Ideal candidate will develop and grow the company’s new and existing emerging accounts and will be expected to prospect and source new long-only and hedge fund accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- deep knowledge of the consumer space
- proven ability to close and up-sell accounts
- track record of 3+ years of institutional equity sales in this territory

Intern - Equity Research
We are seeking Interns who have strong analytical and communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Interns will work in conjunction with the lead analysts to create and develop spreadsheets, fact-checking, creating presentations, report drafting, and special projects,
