• CHS reported strong FY22 results as the company’s improved merchandising and marketing efforts are meeting the heightened demand associated with a return to work (WH/BM) and occasions (Chico’s). CHS’s comps rose 19.6% in FY22 while its customer count increased 5.3%, its gross margin rose close to 250 bps YoY, and its operating margin expanded nearly 300 bps YoY.
• Topline expansion has come from both the digital and store channels, and elevated fashion and product had led to strength in nearly every category at the apparel brands.
